Praising Baruch Goldstein is Legal
In the ongoing effort to prosecute Golan Heights resident and Kach activist Michael Ben-Chorin, the state appealed a Jerusalem Magistrate’s Court ruling that states openly praising the actions of Dr. Baruch Goldstein does not constitute violating the state laws prohibiting incitement. The case refers to a 2003 TV interview in which Ben-Chorin praised Goldstein’s actions.

33 Month Sentence for Fax Threat Against the PM
A 32-year-old PA (Palestinian Authority) resident of Chevron was sentenced to a 33-month prison term for sending a fax threat to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu in which he threatened to kill him.

Two Hamas terrorists were apprehended by authorities along the Gaza border in December 2009. Salmon Abu Atik, 43, was taken into custody on December 12, 2009. Golan Law Passes Preliminary Vote in Knesset
