5:43PM EST: There is a large back-up in the northbound lanes of the FDR Drive Monday night due to a truck that hit an overpass around 63rd street. While all lanes have been reopened there are still half hour delays and residual bumper to bumper traffic from the Brooklyn Bridge to around 70th Street. (WCBSTV)

10:45AM EST: A tractor trailer accident on the New Jersey-bound side of the Lincoln Tunnel has forced the closure of all lanes  heading into the Garden State, transporation officials said.
