My Dear Fellow Residents,

I have been asked some residents to clarify and explain what is expected of us in the upcoming election. We start with some of the Rebbe?s words regarding the elections and his opinion about them.

Certainly everyone will participate in these elections, and they will not decide that is beneath their dignity? since such calculations don?t come from holiness but from the left side? since this an important matter for the entire community.

It is necessary to announce that anyone who will attempt to interfere with the elections, it is a pity on him

We urge to come out and vote for us this Sunday in the Vaad Hakohol elections. We decided to run for Vaad Hakohol because we believe we can make a difference. Since you are already taking your time to read this paper, you already know the importance of having a viable Vaad. Therefore, we will not spend time explaining what we think the Vaad should do; instead, we will explain what we can do for the Vaad and for the community.
