Philly ‘Duck Boat’ Overturns In Delaware River; Rescue Underway? For 2 Missing
A Ride the Ducks tour boat crashed into a barge and overturned in the Delaware River at about 2:40 p.m. Wednesday.
The accident, in which 35 passengers and two crew members were stranded in the 82-degree water, happened off Penn’s Landing in Old City.
